1. General Terms

8. Account Closure & Termination

Both the player and ffb999 have the right to close a player account, subject to the conditions outlined in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may request to close your ffb999 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed. Active bonuses will be cancelled upon closure. If you close your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as a concern that your gambling is becoming problematic — ffb999 will treat this as a self-exclusion request and apply the appropriate restrictions immediately, including blocking future registrations from the same personal details.

8.2 Account Closure by ffb999

ffb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ffb999 will notify the account holder via email before applying any dormancy policy. After 24 months of inactivity, ffb999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee. Players can reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8.4 Amendments to These Terms

ffb999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All registered players will be notified of material amendments by email. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
